First American will always strive to be a great place to work, for all. What We Do\nServiceMac’s Project Management Office (“PMO”) supports and leads projects for the entire organization. Types of projects include but are not limited to, Loan Servicing Transfers and Technology-related. The Project Manager oversees multiple projects on an ongoing and regular basis. Individually, or as part of a team, responsible for project delivery. This includes creating project documents, planning, coordinating, and reporting status. Examples include: risk management, and issue resolution. Other Duties may include: assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project. Coordinates with other projects and work groups.What You'll Do\nIndependently oversees multiple medium to large scale complex projects. \nCoordinates project deliverables, plans and status reports.\nIdentifies appropriate resources needed and coordinates schedules to ensure timely completion of project\nCreates project plans specifying goals, strategy, and staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, budgets, and allocation of available resources.\nFacilitates status and milestone meetings with cross functional groups.\nConducts risk monitoring and controls during a project's duration to ensure ability to achieve expected outcomes, on time and on budget.\nWorks closely with end users, business technologies and others to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs related to the project.\nMonitors project budgets including project cost estimates and forecasting.\nPrepares project status reports and keeps team, management and clients informed of project status and related issues.\nMay be required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs.\nWhat You'll Bring\n4-7 years of directly related experience\nMortgage servicing knowledge preferred\nCSM (Certified Scrum Master) Preferred\nInformation Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification preferred\nKnowledge of project management best practices and current technologies to plan and communicate effectively with project team and sponsors\nExperience with project management methodologies and techniques\nExperience with applicable business processes sufficient to communicate and consult with team members, customers and management\nExperience with planning, coordinating, and administering projects in a business and/or technology environment.\nExperience with risk management\nExperience with managing multiple projects or large projects\nExperience with managing project plans and budgets\nExperience with facilitating meetings\nGood verbal and written communication skills sufficient to create project plans and other project documentation\nKnowledge of communication, statusing, and Project Management tools to create project documents and reports\nCandidates selected for employment will be required to successfully complete a background check and credit check as a condition of employment, where permitted by applicable law.\nPay Range: $85,000.00 - $113,300.00 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
