to improve operational efficiency and user productivity.\nIdentify opportunities where AI-assisted automation can reduce manual effort and increase business value.\nPartner with business teams to implement intelligent decisioning and automated workflows.\n Intelligent Document Processing\nDevelop intelligent document-generation and document-processing capabilities.\nBuild solutions that extract, classify, validate, and transform information from structured and unstructured documents.\nImplement automation patterns that improve document accuracy, compliance, and processing efficiency.\n Platform Engineering & Modernization\nModernize existing automation solutions using cloud-native and API-first approaches.\nIntegrate enterprise systems through REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and modern integration patterns.\nDrive adoption of engineering standards, observability, monitoring, and automation best practices.\nParticipate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.\n Collaboration & Leadership\nCollaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.\nMentor engineers and promote
