For more information, please visit www.careers.firstam.com.What We Do\nHOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE\nAdministrative/Clerical Support\nProvide a wide variety of administrative and clerical support to Sales Reps and/or Sales Management\n\nScheduling/Travel arrangements\n\nExpense reports\n\nMay support sales representatives in account servicing\n\nCustomer Service\nAssists in customer service functions.\n\nActs as the team’s resource and subject matter expert to answer questions and resolve issues\n\nRecord Keeping & Reporting\nPrepares and reviews sales contracts, agreements, proposals and presentations\n\nPrepares reports and gathers information on market conditions, sales results, forecasts and industry trends to support the activities of the sales organization\n\nMaintains sales database systems (GAB, Sales Force etc.) to ensure accuracy of orders, pricing, accounts and customer records across all applicable systems\n\nMarketing/Social Media/Event Planning \nMay coordinate the workflow of marketing-related requests\n\nCreates and distributes marketing materials such as flyers and brochures\n\nUpdates social media and assists in tradeshow or event preparations\n\nTraining & Education\nParticipates in and conducts training programs within a functional area or unit, typically in a production environment\n\nMay train an internal or external audience individually or in a group setting\n\nDelivers training to internal and/or external audiences on processes, services, products, computer applications, operating systems, programming and end-user training.
