As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with Product, Operations, Revenue, and Business Development teams to draw insights from our data and provide business recommendations. Along with demonstrating technical and analytical skills, you will manage stakeholders across the organization to drive consensus.HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE\nDeliver real-time insights that enable our stakeholders to make strategic and data-driven decisions\nDevelop the full life-cycle of data at Endpoint/First American from ambiguous and non-traditional data sources\nConduct rigorous, fact-based analysis to advise senior management on critical business recommendations\nScope and develop scalable analytical frameworks, roadmaps, and metrics for the team and the broader organization\nGenerate forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans to actionable items\nApply statistical knowledge and data modeling to drive business objectives\nPartner with stakeholders on ad-hoc analysis and reporting\nBe an owner of data at Endpoint/First American \nWHAT YOU’LL BRING\n5+ years in analytics or relevant experience\nAdvanced knowledge of SQL\nExperience with Python/R, including knowledge of Shiny/Plotly dashboard development preferred\nDemonstrably advanced analytical skills with a desire to tackle complex and ambiguous problems\nExperience leveraging a business intelligence platform (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI)\nComfortable working with limited resources or information in a fast-paced startup culture\nFamiliarity with unstructured data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, Dynamo)\nMaster’s or Bachelor's degree in a technical field - mathematics, economics, statistics or similar is a plus\nPay Range: $129,300.00 - $172,300.00 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
