Responsible for tracking the specific stages of one or more projects on an ongoing and regular basis. Prepares and maintains project documentation including project schedules, status reports, presentations, resource plans and meeting schedules. Monitors project plans and organizes project activities to ensure timely completion of projects. At the Senior level, project and tasks are more complex.What You'll Do:\nOversees small scale projects or phases of a larger project. \nCoordinates activities of project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project.\nResponsible for defining system scope and project objectives to support business needs, as well as define the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.\nAssists in preparing project plans specifying goals, strategy, and staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, budgets, and allocation of available resources.\nRegularly facilitates status and milestone meetings with cross functional groups.\nPrepares documentation related to project, which may include training/process materials.\nMay be required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nStrong understanding of project management best practices and current technologies\nKnowledge of project management methodologies and techniques\nAbility to communicate with team members, customers and management.\nStrong project planning skills\nExperience facilitating meetings\nStrong presentation skills\nExperience in organizing projects and budgets\nKnowledge of statusing and Project Management tools to create documents and reports.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nStrong interpersonal, relationship-building and teamwork skills\nAbility to manage multiple tasks, respond quickly to emergent problems, and focus both on long-range projects and immediate tasks\nGenerally requires BS Degree in a business field or equivalent work experience\nTypically have 4-6 years of directly related experience\nPMP desirable\nPay Range: $73,900.00 - $98,500.00 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
