Interns typically rotate between three or more projects during their time at FDB, where each project requires skill in a different area. AI-assisted development is an integral part of FDB’s engineering process. Software engineers leverage modern AI coding tools and agents (such as Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, and similar technologies) to design, build, test, and troubleshoot software more effectively. Interns will be expected to actively incorporate AI tools into their development workflow.
