As an Account Executive for First Due’s private EMS business, your focus will be prospecting and driving new business in your territory, supporting the sale of our best-in-class SaaS platform providing end-to-end support to public safety agencies across North America. \nKey Responsibilities:\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities with private EMS customers within assigned territory.\nBuild & maintain a high-performance sale pipeline, manage efficient & professional sales cycles and close contracts.\nLead discovery with agencies on their needs and present innovative new strategies to transform pre-incident planning, mobile response and community engagement into thriving components of their organization.\nCollaborate with system integrators, channel partners, and internal teams to support customer success and growth.\n25-35% Travel to customer sites and attend trade shows expected.\nStay current on public safety trends, technologies, software ecosystems, trends, performance indicators, competitive landscape, funding sources and procurement processes.\nMaintain accurate pipeline data in CRM and provide regular updates on account status, forecasts, and competitive insights.\nQualifications:\n3+ years of private EMS software sales experience, with proven experience meeting or exceeding quota for customers of varying sizes and complexities.\nStrong understanding of government procurement, contracting, sales, and budgeting processes.\nExceptional organization & communication skills with both customers and internal teams.\nAbility to lead, collaborate, and work autonomously in a fast-paced start-up team environment with a positive attitude.\nCollaborative approach to working with marketing, product and customer success teams.\nProficient with CRM, Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.\nFor US-based Roles\n All applicants must be authorized to work for any US employer in the United States.
