That means owning provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting of private cloud infrastructure for the US team, acting as the second-level escalation point when things get complicated, and being the person who actually follows through.\nBe the Solution isn't just a phrase we put on walls. Check them out at www.firstfocus.com.au/about-us\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nActing as the second-level escalation point for all cloud and infrastructure-related issues from the US service desk\nOwning the full lifecycle of private cloud environments built on Nutanix AHV\nManaging and maintaining Juniper Networks infrastructure\nSupporting Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud workloads\nDriving improvements across monitoring, automation, and documentation\nParticipating in shift handovers with the Australian team\nWorking a night shift aligned to US business hours (approx. 11pm-8am PHT, weekends off)\nRequirements\nMust have:\n3 to 5 years in private cloud infrastructure, with exposure to multi-client or complex environments\nHands-on experience with Nutanix AHV or comparable hyperconverged infrastructure (VMware experience considered, with willingness to cross-train to Nutanix)\nEnterprise networking skills, specifically Juniper Networks (Junos OS) or a comparable platform\nMicrosoft Azure or AWS experience, ideally in a hybrid-cloud context\nScripting ability in PowerShell, Python, or Bash\nClear, confident English, written and verbal.
