Just smart, capable people working together to deliver great outcomes for our customers.\nWhat you'll actually be doing\nThis isn't just an admin role where you'll be copying numbers into spreadsheets and hoping nobody notices a misplaced decimal point.\nYou'll be right in the middle of our telecommunications sales support and procurement operations.\nHere's what your day might look like:\nCreating accurate telecommunications quotations, researching solutions, completing service qualifications and preparing competitive quotes using Excel and ConnectWise Sell.\nSupporting our Technical Account Managers, helping them find the right telecommunications products and services for our customers.\nFinding great deals, researching suppliers, comparing pricing and negotiating commercially sensible outcomes.\nManaging procurement from start to finish, including supplier selection, purchase orders, stock availability, delivery timelines and invoicing accuracy.\nCoordinating telecommunications provisioning, ordering new services, tracking installations and keeping projects moving.\nKeeping everyone informed, particularly when suppliers discover that their original delivery estimate was apparently more of a creative suggestion.\nMaintaining accurate records, updating ConnectWise Manage tickets, tracking backorders and ensuring nothing quietly disappears into the administrative abyss.\nBuilding strong supplier relationships, staying across new products, pricing changes, market developments and better purchasing opportunities.\nYou'll also help identify ways to improve processes, reduce unnecessary complexity and make life easier for our customers and colleagues.\nBecause doing things the same way forever just because \"that's how we've always done it\" isn't really our style.\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\nYou don't need to know everything about telecommunications on day one, but you'll need a solid foundation in sales support, procurement or telecommunications operations, along with a genuine willingness to learn.\nIdeally, you'll bring:\nExperience in sales support, procurement, purchasing, order management or telecommunications administration.\nAn understanding of telecommunications products and services, or experience working with technology suppliers and vendors.\nStrong attention to detail, especially when preparing quotations, processing orders and checking invoices.\nConfidence working with Microsoft Excel, including pricing comparisons and quotation preparation.\nExperience with ConnectWise Sell or ConnectWise Manage would be fantastic but isn't essential.\nGood commercial awareness, including an understanding of pricing, margins, supplier costs and negotiation.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests without losing track of priorities.\nA proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the confidence to follow up with suppliers, customers and internal teams.\nMost importantly, you're someone who takes ownership.\nIf a supplier hasn't responded, you follow up. If a quote doesn't look right, you investigate. If a process could be improved, you speak up.\nYou don't simply forward an email and hope the problem becomes someone else's.\nWe've all met that person.
