It's a culture where good ideas beat hierarchy, learning never really stops, and collaboration isn't just something people say during meetings.\nRequirements\nWhat you'll be doing\nYou'll be the technical owner behind our HubSpot platform, helping turn commercial ideas into robust, scalable solutions.\nYour work will include:\nConfiguring HubSpot data models, custom objects, fields, pipelines and permissions.\nAligning Australian and US configurations and data, preserving relevant regional differences, and delivering a controlled migration into the US instance.\nDesigning and delivering a controlled migration into our US HubSpot instance.\nBuilding and maintaining integrations using APIs, webhooks and native connectors.\nImproving workflows and automation that remove repetitive manual work.\nWorking with our website and digital marketing teams to implement consent-aware tracking and attribution.\nMaintaining trusted reporting for MRR, ARR, TCV, regions, currencies and commercial performance.\nTesting changes thoroughly, planning rollbacks and documenting configurations properly.\nSupporting internal knowledge sharing, contractor handovers and practical training.\nWhere we'll start\nLike any good technical project, we'll agree the priorities together.\nEarly success will include:\nBuilding a trusted technical baseline for tracking and reporting, with tested conversions, agreed definitions and clearly understood gaps.\nDelivering an Australia-to-US migration plan and pilot, complete with reconciliation, rollback and clear retirement criteria for the Australian instance.\nRemoving manual effort from a priority business process, with measurable improvements for its owner.\nWe'd love to meet someone who has\nExtensive hands-on HubSpot administration and technical implementation experience.\nStrong knowledge of HubSpot data models, workflows, permissions and reporting.\nExperience delivering HubSpot migrations or complex CRM implementations.\nPractical experience integrating systems using APIs, webhooks and middleware.\nStrong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and consent-aware attribution.\nExcellent troubleshooting skills for integrations, automation and synchronisation issues.\nA disciplined approach to testing, documentation and maintainable configuration.\nThe ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nA collaborative mindset and genuine enjoyment of solving problems with others.\nBenefits\nWhy you'll enjoy working here\nOne of our core values is Live Curiously, and this role is built around exactly that mindset.\nWe like people who ask why, challenge assumptions, share ideas and genuinely enjoy making good systems even better.
