Serves as the lead technical support resource and primary liaison with business partners and vendors to troubleshoot issues and maintain a stable environment. Responsibilities include planning/coordinating vendor implementations, upgrades, releases, and unplanned patches while adhering to change-management policies and ensuring vendor compliance. Also owns the break/fix lifecycle: triaging, diagnosing, and resolving incidents within SLAs; coordinating vendor escalations; leading root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews; implementing fixes; and updating knowledge articles. Partners closely with business, applying analysis skills (requirements, process mapping, testing, UAT). Success requires curiosity, a growth mindset, and learning new applications and technologies; on-call support may be required for critical incidents.\nRequired Qualifications:\nPrior experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment\nCollege Degree in related field of study or equivalent experience\nStrong Business Analyst skills\nSound knowledge of System’s Development Lifecycle\nDemonstrate expert technical knowledge and in-depth knowledge of network, server, database, and client configurations.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems\nKnowledge of Microsoft SQL Server\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBank technology experience is a plus\nFamiliar with our SDLC, change management, incident/problem management, and release practices; knows how to navigate governance, security reviews, and approvals.\nAbility to collaborate with leaders of the organization, vendors, consultants, other technology teams, and/or business users\nAbility to work well under pressure as well as the ability to organize and prioritize tasks to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nFamiliar with our SDLC, change management, incident/problem management, and release practices;
