This position assists with developing the enterprise data governance roadmap and works with business unit managers and subject-matter experts to implement and report on the progress of data governance initiatives to the enterprise data governance council and other management. Additionally, this position will have oversight of and be the primary administrator for the Collibra data governance software.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nDevelops and reports on enterprise data governance KPIs and metrics.\nAssists with performing enterprise data governance maturity assessments.\nFacilitates the development of data quality standards and processes.\nWorks with and trains data stewards while further developing the data stewardship program.\nDevelops and maintains an inventory of enterprise information maps, including authoritative systems, owners, and stewards.\nWorks with data owners and stewards to develop and maintain a business glossary, metadata, and a library of data assets in the enterprise data governance software.\nDesigns and implements processes for further expanding the Collibra environment.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The anticipated pay range for this position is $91,300.00 to $150,700 per year (in CO & WA) and depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location. Additionally, this role is eligible to receive annual discretionary cash and stock bonuses. Benefits available for this position include, but are not limited to, medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability benefits and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, employee assistance program, 401(k), Paid Time Off (new hires accrue at .069 per hours worked which equates to approximately 18 days per year inclusive of paid sick time) and up to 11 paid Federal holidays.
