Welcome to First Meridian Services-where your future takes flight.\nSUMMARY\nThe Systems Support Administrator provides advanced technical support and systems administration for Skyport Hospitality locations. Serving as the primary escalation point for complex IT issues, this role is responsible for maintaining system performance, supporting endpoint and infrastructure operations, managing IT assets, and assisting with system maintenance and deployments. The position works closely with the IT Support and Systems Administration teams to ensure reliable, standardized technology operations across the organization.\nBENEFITS & PERKS\nSalary Range: $75,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.\nInsurance: Health, Dental, and Vision available the first of the month following your start date; additional EAP, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Life Insurance options available.\nAdditional Benefits: Monthly cell phone stipend (opt-in), 401(k) available after 6 months, and employee discounts at Skyport restaurant and retail locations.\nTime Off: PTO accrual increases with tenure, plus 7 recognized holidays per year and paid leave provided in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.\nGrowth: Supportive team environment with training and professional development opportunities.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES\nTroubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues involving POS systems, networking, endpoints, operational technology, AV systems, digital menu boards, audio/display integrations, and surveillance systems.\nCollaborate with vendors, IT Support Technicians, internal teams, and the Systems Administration Team to resolve persistent issues, document findings, and escalate systemic concerns when necessary.\nProvide endpoint and user support, including user account administration, SaaS platform support, laptop imaging, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of endpoint provisioning processes.\nAssist with system upgrades, deployments, rollouts, server patching, updates, and validation of system functionality during scheduled maintenance windows, including after-hours support as required.\nManage the IT asset lifecycle by coordinating equipment procurement, maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking deployment, replacement, and decommissioning activities, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure availability of approved hardware and equipment.\nIdentify recurring technical issues and opportunities for improvement, recommending solutions and assisting with the standardization of system configurations, deployment practices, and support processes.\nProvide technical guidance and support to IT Support Technicians and Field Service Technicians to ensure consistent service delivery and successful technology deployments across all locations.\nProvide support desk coverage as needed, including during employee absences, emergency staffing situations, on-call support periods, and other operational needs to ensure uninterrupted IT service delivery.\nREQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nStrong knowledge of Windows operating systems and endpoint management.\nWorking knowledge of POS systems and networking concepts.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to effectively support multiple locations and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\nOccasional travel and after-hours maintenance support may be required.\nMust successfully complete required airport security and background screening, including a federal background check.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical field preferred.\n3-6 years of IT support experience, including the resolution of escalated technical issues.\nExperience supporting POS systems, networked environments, and endpoint deployment/imaging.\nExperience providing support across multiple locations preferred.\nExposure to server administration and maintenance activities preferred.\nRelevant technical certifications preferred, including CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft or Azure Fundamentals, and/or CCNA.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nAirport: This position operates in a climate-controlled international airport environment. The temperature, volume of noise, and exposure to the public are outside the control of First Meridian Services, Inc. The position requires use of public spaces as provided by the airport.\nRestaurant: This position may require frequent exposure to a restaurant or retail operation environment. Regular exposure to varying temperatures (hot/cold/freezing), fumes, vapors, industrial restaurant equipment, noise, and guests will be a common occurrence.\nCorporate: Normal office environment with standard lighting and average noise levels.\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
