This role involves supervising and training staff, ensuring exceptional hospitality, and maintaining an efficient dining environment. Constructive leadership, strong communication skills, and an assured focus on customer satisfaction are essential for success in this role.\nSHIFT INFO:\nOvernight: 9:45 PM to 6 AM\nFull-time or part-time hours available. The temperature, volume of\nnoise, and exposure to the public is outside the control of First Meridian Services, Inc. The position requires use of public\nspaces as provided by the airport.\nRestaurant: This position may require frequent exposure to a restaurant or retail operation environment. Regular\nexposure to varying temperatures (hot/cold/freezing), fumes, vapors, industrial restaurant equipment, noise, and guests\nwill be a common occurrence.\nThe nature of restaurant work requires that the QSR Supervisor possess certain physical abilities. The physical abilities\nlisted here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform this job. Most of the workday is spent\nstanding or walking and working in close proximity to others. Eye-hand coordination, depth perception, finger dexterity,\nand functional vision and speech perception are required. Some bending, crouching, pushing/pulling and lifting/lowering\nof 20-50 lbs. Some repetitive motions with hands, wrists, or arms. Must be able to operate all equipment used in the\nrestaurant. Some exposure to skin irritants, electrical equipment, and sharp instruments.
