Actual starting pay will be set at the Bank's discretion and will take into account the candidate's experience, education, skills, certifications, and other relevant factors.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead, coach, and develop the Bank’s IT team, with a focus on clear responsibilities, strong technical capability, and individual growth.\nOversee the reliable and effective delivery of the Bank’s technology services and supporting technology environment.\nProvide technical leadership and serve as an escalation point for complex issues and significant incidents.\nFoster a service-oriented approach centered on ownership, responsiveness, communication, and the experience of the people we serve.\nEstablish meaningful service measures that support visibility, decision-making, and ongoing refinement.\nIdentify recurring issues and drive root-cause solutions.\nOversee key IT operational practices including upgrades, patching, disaster recovery, asset management, change management, and vendor coordination.\nPartner closely with Information Security and business leaders to support the Bank’s operational and strategic goals.\nHelp shape and execute the Bank’s technology roadmap and modernization efforts.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong technical background in enterprise IT infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, networking, endpoints, identity, applications, or related areas.\nExperience leading or mentoring technical professionals.\nStrong troubleshooting, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.\nA strong service mindset with a focus on value, ownership, responsiveness, and user experience.\nExperience managing technology vendors, incidents, upgrades, and operational processes.\nStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.\nExperience with IT service management practices and a service-oriented approach to technology.\nITIL 4 knowledge, experience, or certification is preferred but not required.\nBanking, financial services, or other regulated-industry experience is a plus.\nThe Opportunity\nThe IT Manager will have a meaningful role in shaping how technology services are delivered across First National Bank while supporting the continued evolution of the Bank’s technology environment.\nWe are looking for someone who is curious, accountable, technically capable, and service-minded, with a focus on delivering value, developing others, and creating positive outcomes through technology.\nFirst National Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
