In this role, you will be responsible for validating business process workflows, APIs, and data pipelines. This includes working with and ensuring proper accuracy of AI agentic applications to help provide proper business insights and analytics which will support our scam protection and branded communications systems.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nDevelop and execute test plans and test cases for web portals, APIs, dashboards and middleware services\nTest API endpoints used for telecommunication industry standards.\nPerform system, functional, regression, integration and performance testing across complex ecosystems.\nUse tools like Postman, Swagger, SIPp, or internal tools to simulate and analyze SIP traffic and signaling/call flows.\nAutomate test cases using frameworks such as Selenium, REST Assured, or UI AI framework such as AWS Nova, SageMaker or Bedrock.\nCollaborate with engineers, product managers, and internal stakeholders to understand features and technical implementations.\nTrack, prioritize, and communicate defects in a clear, concise manner using tools like JIRA.\nCreate and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports.\nSupport deployment readiness and participate in production release validation.\nProactively contribute to the improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.\nWhat you’ll need:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent years of quality assurance or engineering experience.\n2+ years of hands-on experience in quality assurance.\nCurious, self-driven, and eager to learn new technologies including emerging AI/ML tools.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nStrong grasp of software testing life cycle (STLC) and software development life cycle (SDLC).\nExperience in writing test plans that cover multiple products in one ecosystem.\nExperience testing APIs\nExperience with automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or equivalent.\nStrong understanding of database testing (DynamoDB/Databricks).\nComfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.\nBonus Points:\nBasic scripting/programming experience in Python, Java, or equivalent preferred.\nExposure to robocall mitigation frameworks or spam filtering systems\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\nKnowledge of LLMs, AI models, and harnesses.\nKnowledge of telecom call flow signaling (SIP, RTP) is preferred.\nCompany Benefits:\nBalancing the work-life flow is key to health and happiness!
