First Orion protects and enhances the call experience for millions of consumers, provides solutions to some of the largest mobile service providers in the world, and features leading brands in the communication industry.\nWe are looking for an Integrations Engineer who helps lead implementations of First Orion solutions and/or manages complex change that significantly impact an existing solution.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nEnsure the individualized solution incorporates clients’ and First Orion’s overall business strategy and technical vision\nResearch calling platforms used by clients to integrate First Orion’s technologies\nResearch technologies related to client communication platforms\nTechnical owner in all solution communications with the client and progress throughout the implementation phase\nAssigned to projects for an existing First Orion customer or a new logo, OR assigned to existing First Orion customer requiring on-going solution consulting for customer solution enhancements management\nEngage in project communications with the client using a consultative approach. Anticipate obstacles and recommend solution options as it relates to the solution. Focus on client value and satisfaction while balancing corporate objectives, feasibility and scalability of solution\nProvide direction with technical and business stakeholder requirements and overall project plan as it relates to the solution\nMaintain subject matter expertise in First Orion and industry technologies, verticals, and lines of business to help align client business needs to products, solutions and services offered\nIdentify areas of process improvement that drive profit enhancement and client value and instill that mindset while contributing through others\nHave a strong understanding of pre-sales process focusing on scoping and estimation and be able to lead scoping and estimation efforts for new projects for existing account/new logo\nWhat you’ll need:\nExperience with Rest and Soap APIs\nExperience with Python, JavaScript, JQuery, and C#\nExperience with Amazon Web Services and Azure App Services\n5+ years of on the job hands-on server-side software development and integration experience using Object Oriented methodology in SDLC and Agile Methodologies\nAbility to manage the troubleshooting of issues and conduct performance tuning, logging\nAbility to troubleshooting and research client issues\nFamiliar with general security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signatures)\nAbility to understand and explain Developer Documentation (Swagger, ReadMe)\nAbility to interact with technical and non-technical customers to explain First Orion Technology\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Integration, Support, Engineering, Sales Engineering)\nBonus Points:\nExperience using calling platforms such as Zoom, Five9, Amazon Connect, Genesys, etc.\nExperience using tools such as Postman, Databricks and Zendesk\nExperience in the Telecom industry\nRelational Database experience with strong SQL knowledge\nMobile experience with iOS and Android\nExperience with call center operations and Integration\nCompany Benefits:\nBalancing the work-life flow is key to health and happiness!
