As we continue expanding across Europe, we're looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to support growth initiatives, market expansion, partner activities, and demand generation efforts throughout the region.\nThe Regional Marketing Manager - Europe will serve as the primary marketing liaison for European markets, working closely with international teams to support market growth, regional campaigns, customer engagement, events, partner programs, and localization initiatives.\nThis role combines market expertise, project management, partner engagement, and marketing coordination to ensure First Orion's solutions are effectively positioned across priority European markets.\nThis is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nSupport marketing initiatives across Germany, the UK, France, Spain, and other European markets. \nProvide local market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback. \nAssist corporate marketing with localization of campaigns, presentations, landing pages, and marketing materials. \nAssist in coordinating regional events, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing activities. \nCollaborate with sales and business development teams to support pipeline generation efforts. \nRecommend and assist in execution of market-specific content opportunities, customer stories, and thought leadership topics. \nServe as the primary point of contact for regional marketing needs and opportunities. \nWork cross-functionally with corporate marketing, product, sales, and partner teams. \nHelp ensure marketing programs align with regional business objectives and customer expectations\nWhat you’ll need:\n3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, technology, telecommunications, or a related industry. \nFluent in English but multi-lingual - professional proficiency in German strongly preferred. \nExperience supporting European markets and international business initiatives. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. \nStrong project management and organizational abilities. \nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. \nExperience with events, partner programs, or demand generation initiatives preferred. \nBonus Points: \nAdditional languages (French, Spanish, or Italian) are a plus. \nExperience working with telecom, enterprise software, or technology companies. \nFamiliarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, webinars, and account-based marketing programs. \nUnderstanding of European business culture and market dynamics.\nWhile the position primarily follows local business hours in the employee's country of employment, occasional flexibility may be required to support planned maintenance activities, project implementations, and service escalations across time zones.\nThis position may be based in either the United Kingdom or Dubai, UAE.\nFor UK-based employees, the salary range for this position is £35,000 - £50,000, depending on experience \nCompensation for UAE-based employees will be discussed during the recruitment process and will depend on experience\nCompany Benefits\nOur work environment is energetic, focused, fun, and collaborative.
