We believe in investing in our employees, their families and our communities.\nJob Description:\nLocation: Sioux Falls, SD\nJob Status: Full-Time\nShift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM\nCompany: PREMIER Bankcard\nAbout the Role\nSupports a variety of Human Resources (HR) administrative processes and tasks including employee recordkeeping, recruitment and basic accommodations. Often handles sensitive employee and company information, which requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Assists with audits, surveys, reporting, compliance and regulatory requirements.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\nServe as a trusted partner to assist with any aspect of the employee life-cycle, including recruitment, general benefits and leave questions, onboarding or offboarding processes as well as special projects, as assigned.\nComplete HR data processing tasks as directed.\nResolves inquiries from internal or external customers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring the most complex issues to dedicated subject matter experts within HR.\nInitiate and monitor the administration of all employment processes to ensure that all processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.\nDevelop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure.\nValidate and input employee compensation data to ensure the accurate and efficient delivery of payroll services; research and resolve compensation related issues.\nReconcile employee information when needed.\nMay be asked to facilitate new hire orientation.\nEnsure regulatory compliance and internal practices and policies are adhered to.\nSkills and Qualifications\nAbility to utilize standard office equipment and standard software packages to support business processes.\nStudy data that is collected to assist in compiling reports that will help in decision-making. Typically works with guidance.\nAbility to plan, organize, prioritize, and oversee job responsibilities to efficiently meet objectives.\nMust be able to express ideas, request actions, formulate plans, & policies by means of clear and effective verbal communications.\nAcquire, organize, protect, and process data in order to fulfill business objectives.\nAbility to foster and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external customers.\nHigh school degree, or equivalent is required.\nMinimum of 1-2 year of customer service experience.\nGeneral Human Resources experience strongly preferred.\nBasic computer skills required.
