We believe in investing in our employees, their families and our communities.\nJob Description:\nLocation: Sioux Falls, SD\nShift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM\nCompany: PREMIER Bankcard\nAbout the Role\nOversee the design, configuration, and deployment of company data networks, ensuring the efficient operation of network systems, maximizing performance, and minimizing downtime. The manager is responsible for diagnosing and resolving network issues, coordinating network access and usage, and researching new technologies to continually improve the network infrastructure.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities \nEssential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nArchitect, implement, and maintain network solutions that provide core infrastructure, integrate with services and systems running in virtual, private, and public cloud infrastructure.\nEnsure that the network infrastructure is robust, secure, and capable of supporting the organization's needs.\nCommunicate with the team to identify needs, monitor performance, and diagnose and resolve issues with network and systems.\nProvide project management for various network activities, including upgrades, implementations, and migrations, offering technical direction and user support as needed.\nCreate, update, and maintain documentation of the environment and operational procedures.\nCreate reports and documentation outlining findings and solutions.\nPartners with teams within the organization to resolve issues and work on future enhancements.\nInterviews, hires, and trains new staff. Provides constructive and timely performance reviews. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.\nSkills and Qualifications\nProficiency in designing, configuring, and deploying network systems.\nAbility to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.\nStrong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve network issues effectively.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, other departments, and senior management.\nStrong leadership skills to manage and supervise a team of network professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.\nFamiliarity with various networking technologies and tools, such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Cloud, and network monitoring tools.\nBachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, or equivalent degree or experience preferred.\nPrevious project management experience working on complex and multifaceted implementations preferred.\nExtensive experience in installation, configuration, troubleshooting, repair, supporting, administering, design and planning in LAN/WAN/Cloud environments required.\nCurrent valid industry certification or any additional industry recognized certifications preferred.\nCompetitive Benefits Package\nFull medical benefits when working 20+ hours per week\nTraditional and High Deductible health plan options available\nFREE dental and vision coverage\nGenerous Paid Time Off plans\n401(k) -
