We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician ($20.85/hr) for our First Quality Tissue plant located in Anderson, SC. Facilities Maintenance Technicians are responsible for routine tasks associated with the grounds maintenance/facilities duties. Primary responsibilities include: Maintain a clean site by executing a daily trash pick-up (operations grounds including parking lot Keep the water coolers supplied with bottle water. Transport/delivery/set-up and clean-up for meetings/visitors - seating/displays/banners/meals and supplies Office moves which include the need to coordinate and participate in moving furniture along with the assembly of office furniture/shelving Responsible for sign fabrication and installation plus flag/banner assembly Painting throughout facility as needed Bollard Safety rail installation and removal Site wide
