The role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.\nJob Responsibilities:\nPrepares contractual documents such as letters of intent, memorandums of understanding, lease agreements, service contracts, and other legal documents related to property acquisition, use, or disposal;\nCoordinates the negotiation process between parties involved in contractual arrangements, ensuring that all terms are clearly defined and understood by both sides;\nEnsures compliance with relevant laws and regulations when drafting contracts, including environmental requirements, labor standards, tax implications, and other legal obligations;\nConducts research on legal precedents and industry best practices to inform contract development processes;\nProvides guidance to project managers regarding potential risks associated with different types of contractual arrangements;\nCollaborates with internal departments such as finance, engineering, procurement, human resources, and others as necessary during the contract development process;\nMaintains accurate records of all contract-related correspondence and negotiations, including drafts, revisions, approvals, and final versions;\nAssists in the review and interpretation of existing contracts to ensure compliance with original terms and identify potential amendments or modifications required due to changes in circumstances.
