That’s how we continue to achieve extraordinary things in extraordinary locations.\nJob description:\nJob Summary: The Engineer - Planning & Reliability carries out maintenance planning activities for the mining operations in line with best practice, including development of maintenance plans, reporting on compliance with planned maintenance activities and developing strategies to improve reliability. The role holder will work closely with other members of the Maintenance team, Operations teams and contractors to ensure safe, efficient and cost effective maintenance services are delivered.\nSection 2 - Job Responsibilities\nWork with key stakeholders to develop, update and maintain CBM systems and processes for both open pit and underground mines\nCompile, review and analyse maintenance management data to identify trends and areas for improvement\nDevelop strategies and initiatives aimed at improving equipment availability and reducing unplanned maintenance costs\nSupport implementation of new technologies designed to reduce costs and improve efficiency\nIdentify emerging issues and provide input into business cases for investment decisions relating to maintenance\nMaintain strong links with other departments within the Company to ensure that equipment performance requirements are integrated with overall mine planning and scheduling activities\nManage and oversee the preparation of all required maintenance reports and analyses\nLead continuous improvement efforts across the site in relation to maintenance practices\nPlan and coordinate audits and reviews of maintenance systems and processes Section 3 - Job Qualifications\nDegree or Diploma in Engineering or similar technical qualification;
