Work will be 3 days in the corporate office, with flexibility of remote work 2 days/week.\n\nEducation/Experience:\nHuman Resources Management, Data Science, or Business major, 3rd or 4th Year student preferred.\nSome experience in an office environment preferred.\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel. Power BI and MS Copilot a plus.\nFirst Solar encourages all interns to register their internship with their university.\n\nRequired Skills/Competencies:\nAbility to navigate PowerPoint and MS Excel with efficiency, good understanding of Excel formulas and pivot tables a plus.\nAbility to work in Power BI, \nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\nSolid organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAmazing follow-through and responsiveness.\nAbility to adapt to a professional, office environment. \nBasic Internship Scope (Project):\nSupport Global Human Resource projects\n\nProofread HR documents, PowerPoints\n\nHelp prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Documents\n\nAvailability to attend local University career fairs with Talent Acquisition as required.\n\nAssist the Diversity Inclusion and Belonging efforts for the team.\n\nAssist with other projects as required.\n\nThis internship will support the Connector Program (Buddy Program) and Mentorship Program, the intern will:\nGather data for Program metrics\n\nTrack progress, priorities, and deadlines\n\nContribute to process and system enhancement\nReview surveys and provide feedback/suggestions.\nObtain feedback from hiring managers and/or mentors/mentees.\nBe the point of contact for project questions.\n\nGain hands-on experience in people analytics by supporting the annual Inclusion & Engagement Survey.
