(while onsite)\nTrain location staff and drivers remotely, via Teams, on new technology.\nCommunicates, schedules and organizes all logistics of training sessions.\nEffectively manages time, resources, and processes, assisting other team members as necessary\nSupports change in people, structure, and processes that move the organization from where we are now to where we want to be.\nTakes full accountability to deliver on commitments.\nEstablishes partnerships at all levels and within the team or department to achieve optimum results.\nSupports vision and mission, achieves aggressive performance targets, continuously improves performance, assists others, and recognizes others for their contribution.\nMinimum Education or Certifications Required\nUndergraduate degree preferred\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\n Minimum Experience or Skills PreferredRequired\nLogistics and operations background (2+ years)\nExcellent analytic and computer skills, including Microsoft Office: Outlook, Teams, Excel & PowerPoint\nDisplays leadership and ability to work in a team environment\nAbility to adapt to changing technologies and environments.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong presentation and facilitation skills.\nThe ability to work well under pressure.\nPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions\nThis is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States.\n\nIncumbent must be able to move about the office and between floors; utilize standard office equipment; access filing system/cabinets; and communicate effectively and efficiently in person or by telephone.\nTotal travel is expected to be 25% to US and Canada based locations\nIf travel is necessary, while at a location for training and support, working hours could include an occasional 10-12-hour day required for 3-4 concurrent days.\nCompensation ranges from $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience.\n\nFirst for a reason:\nAt First Student, we are a family of 60,000+ employees who take pride in safely transporting more than 5 million students and passengers to and from their destinations each day!
