Generates inquiries & works them through to booking.\nDevelops and maintains strong working relationships with their Charter Center peers and key Operations personnel (LM/AGM/RVP/SVP)\nBuilds, manages and maintains relationships with key prospect/customer decision-makers and influencers to ensure new growth and retention of existing accounts & customers.\nNavigates complex sales channels while continually moving the sales process forward during sometimes lengthy sales processes.\nPrepares and leads presentations, proposals, and bid processes to strategically win new business.\nGathers market, prospect, and customer intelligence. Stays abreast of changes in the transportation market which could open business opportunities.\nWorks to become a transportation industry expert that will lead to Initiating strategies utilizing our core strengths in untapped markets.\nIs visible in the transportation industry by attending, networking, and fully participating in trade shows, exhibits, and other opportunities to promote the company as the transportation solution.\nFocusing on large volume regional accounts > $15,000 in transactions.\nTravel 25% of the time.\n Minimum Experience or Skills Required\nBachelor’s degree\n5 years’ sales experience\nSuperior knowledge of sophisticated sales techniques and methodologies\nProven ability to manage a protracted and complicated sales process\nExceptional oral, written, and presentation communication skills with ability to sell to “C-level” executives\nFluent in English\nAbility to win sale without being lowest priced solution\nTrack record of success\nExperience in the transportation industry (transit, cargo, express, package, waste disposal, armored car, etc.) preferred\nSalesforce.com\nCompensation ranges from $65,000 - $85,000 (plus commission) depending on experience.\nLanguage Requirement\nThis role requires English proficiency.
