Detailed reconciliation and balancing.\nAudits payroll data entry and employee status changes to ensure accuracy prior to payroll execution.\nAdditional special projects and duties as assigned. Handles daily banking submissions, reporting payroll data on various logs.\nFollows and documents audit processes.\nCreate and run payroll reports and review information for accuracy.\nSupport Payroll team with customer service through telephone or e-mail inquiries which may include additional research or working with Payroll Specialist or Supervisor for resolution.\nMinimum Experience or Skills Required\n1 year experience in Payroll with Customer Service or H.R. background.\nExperience using Microsoft Excel, including working with data, reports, and reconciliations.\nExperience with Workday or similar HRIS/payroll systems preferred.\nGood oral and written communication skills required.\nGood customer service skills.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nSalary ranges from $40,000 - $50,000 based on experience.\nLanguage Requirement\nThis role requires English proficiency.
