This high impact, critical position requires a strong, decisive, results-oriented innovative thinker who can develop, coach, and manage relationships.\nMajor Responsibilities\nDefine expectations for locations that meet desired outcomes and provide ongoing support to locations to obtain those results.\nExhibit a passion for supporting students with diverse needs, including students with disabilities.\nDemonstrate ability to influence others effectively and navigate ambiguity, while working independently and as part of a team\nDemonstrate excellent communication and consulting abilities cross-functionally, cross-culturally and cross-varyin levels\nPartners with all key stakeholders, internal and external, on continuous program and initiative improvements.\nManage program activities, content, and execution, to include managing action items, identifying risks, and implementing abatement plans for those risks\nManage, coordinate, and execute training, ensure all presentation material, required technology, and presenters are prepared to maximize the quality of the training experience\nManage, coordinate, and execute customer presentations in conjunction with location and growth teams.\nCollaborate with internal teams to develop, execute, and maintain metrics on usage, efficacy and impact of programs and initiatives.\nCreates, maintains, and shares reports and metrics to Sr. Leadership demonstrating both impact and opportunities.\nManage relationships with subject matter experts and organizations contracted to support and/ or develop the programs.\nMentor others in the use of program tools and best practices.\nStays informed on new developments relative to student behavior support and transportation of students with diverse needs, including students with disabilities.\nCreate, support, and manage use of program materials including, but not limited to, About Me Form, Location Enhancement Plans (LEP), on-bus collateral, slide decks, etc.\nEnsures program activities follow organizational policies and any relevant external regulations\nManage special projects as required.\nMinimum Experience & Skills Required\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.\nPassion for students and their success\nAbility to manage and lead cross functional initiatives\nAbility to drive process and performance improvements\nExperience managing the implementation of complex projects (though need not possess formal project management credentials, e.g., PMP certification)\nProficiency in the use of Microsoft® software applications, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.\nProficiency in virtual delivery platforms, such as Zoom.\nAbility to work within a team structure, collaborating closely with colleagues and operating interdependently to achieve assigned tasks.\nAbility to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders\nExceptional communication skills - both written and oral\nAbility to prioritize work, handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of accuracy, and attention to detail and organization\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent time management skills.\nFlexible and adaptable in a fast paced, changing environment.\nKnowledge of relevant regulatory requirements\nExperience with special education and/or transportation industry is a plus.\nMust be willing to travel up to 50%\nCompensation ranges from $90,000 - $100,000, depending on experience. \nLanguage Requirement\nThis role requires English proficiency.
