This role will function as a trusted subject matter expert, partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and help ensure employees receive accurate, timely, and compliant retirement benefits support.\nThe position supports employee experience, regulatory compliance, vendor management, and continuous improvement across retirement benefits processes.\nResponsibilities\nPlan Administration & Compliance\nLead key annual retirement plan activities, including nondiscrimination testing, Form 5500 filings and audits, required minimum distribution reviews, and highly compensated employee determinations.\nEnsure plans are administered in compliance with federal and state requirements and plan provisions.\nMaintain accurate process documentation for assigned retirement administration activities.\nTeam Leadership & Escalation Support\nResolve escalated retirement plan matters, including complex benefit calculations and participant inquiries.\nCoach and support retirement benefits team members as they navigate complex matters, policies, and procedures.\nData, Systems & Process Improvement\nLead data reviews, clean-up initiatives, and related team coordination.\nSupport system and process changes, including requirements review, user acceptance testing, and interface validation.\nAnalyze benefits data and costs to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support program enhancements.\nProjects & Stakeholder Partnership\nSupport special projects, acquisitions, and broader HR initiatives through analysis, recommendations, and technical expertise.\nPartner with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure accurate administration, timely issue resolution, and service improvement.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.\n9+ years of retirement administration experience.\nStrong knowledge of retirement regulations and compliance requirements.\nStrong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion.\nExperience with unionized workforces and Collective Bargaining Agreements.\nSupervisory or team lead experience.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.\nAdvanced data analytics, modeling, or forecasting experience.\nWorkday knowledge.\nCompensation ranges from $90,000-$95,000 depending on experience.\nLanguage Requirement\nThis role requires English proficiency.
