If you are looking for a company who has an overall rating on Glassdoor of 4.8 and who puts their people first, then continue to read below and join the FirstDiv team!\nPrimary duties will include:\nFirstDiv is currently seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) III to support the United States Marine Corps (USMC) acquisition fielding program in support of Fleet Marine Force operations worldwide. The FSR will serve as the lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting, fielding, and lifecycle sustainment support to operational Marine Corps units. Responsibilities include system maintenance, equipment issuance, installation, and recovery, New Equipment Training (NET), and support for test and demonstration events. The FSR will support operations in garrison and austere/deployed environments, as required.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide subject matter expertise and technical support for all PNT system variants, including MAPS, DAPS, and DMS.\nDiagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PNT systems and associated components at the organizational and field maintenance level.\nInspect, issue, recover, and maintain accountability of PNT system components in accordance with applicable client directives, technical manuals, and established procedures.\nVerify systems are complete in accordance with SL3 requirements upon receipt from OEM, prior to issuance, and following recovery.\nPerform operational checks, fault isolation, configuration updates, and system upgrades, as required.\nSupport the maintenance, issuance, installation, and recovery of PNT systems and associated equipment.\nInstall and integrate electronic systems onto various USMC vehicle platforms in accordance with technical manuals and approved installation procedures.\nDeliver New Equipment Training (NET) to Marine units and end users on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PNT systems.\nUtilize CMPro (inventory management system) to document logistics actions, maintenance activities, work orders, and asset accountability records.\nCoordinate and communicate effectively with project officers, OEM representatives, engineers, logistics personnel, Marine units, and other program stakeholders.\nSupport test, demonstration, fielding, and sustainment events in support of program and operational requirements.\nMaintain compliance with applicable safety, security, maintenance, and accountability procedures while supporting mission requirements.\nQualifications:\nMinimum of four (4) years of maintenance and repair experience supporting advanced military electronic systems.\nWorking knowledge of electronic warfare (EW), RF systems, military communications, and electronics principles.\nExperience supporting EW/RF family of systems with field-level maintenance and troubleshooting experience.\nProficiency in system diagnostics, fault isolation, root cause analysis, and replacement of defective components.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills for reporting, coordination, operational feedback, and customer interaction.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe applications.\nExperience utilizing CMPro is preferred, but not required.\nAbility to work independently and provide technical leadership in support of operational requirements.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior experience supporting USMC systems, programs, or operational units.\nExperience supporting PNT, EW, RF, or tactical communications systems.\nPrior military experience, preferably within communications, electronics maintenance, EW, or related occupational fields.\nExperience supporting fielding events, New Equipment Training (NET), operational testing, or sustainment activities.\nFamiliarity with USMC maintenance, logistics, and accountability processes.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree with two (2) years of relevant experience, OR prior military service with four (4) years of relevant experience.\nMust possess an active SECRET security clearance.\nMust possess, or be able to obtain, a valid U.S. Passport.\nMust successfully pass pre-employment drug screening.\nAbility to travel CONUS and OCONUS in support of training, fielding, maintenance, and operational requirements (minimum 20% annually).\nMust be capable of lifting equipment up to 50 lbs and working in warehouse, field, and operational environments.\nBenefits\nMedical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD, LTD, holidays, PTO and 401(k) plan with company match.\nFirstDiv is an equal opportunity employer.
