Panama City Beach, FL\nFirst Division Consulting is actively seeking a Process Lead NDSTC to provide RRL Process Facilitator support for Navy Diver (ND) in support of (ISO) of RRL processes. The chosen candidate will have a crucial role in the development and execution of the NDSTC's strategic training processes. (CEODD)\nKey Responsibilities:\nFacilitate the execution and implementation of ND RRL processes.\nLead data collection efforts ISO of the ND RRL processes.\nDevelop plans and requirements to execute RRL process outcomes in conjunction with the Learning Site Chain of Command and NDSTC staff.\nDraft, format, and edit official Navy correspondences.\nOrganize virtual collaborative teams.\nLead data collection efforts ISO of the ND accessions and Career Long Learning Continuum (CLLC) process specific to ND and NDSTC. \nDevelop plans to execute RRL process outcomes for ND specific to NDSTC, brief developed plans to NDSTC staff and leadership for approval. \nParticipate in ND RRL-specific virtual and in-person meetings and collaborative efforts as directed by the NDSTC ND RRL PM. \nSupport NDSTC RRL PM with ND-specific RRL process forms, worksheets, workbooks, briefs, and other required products. \nEnsure NDSTC staff and leadership are aware of ND RRL progress by providing bi-weekly updates to the NDSTC Training Department and ND RRL PM. \nRequirements\n Must be a US Citizen and possess Secret clearance\nMinimum of two (2) years (within the last five (5) years) of Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) training process experience. \nTwo (2) years of experience in the training, facilities, and organizational structure of NDSTC. \nMust be knowledgeable about NAVEDTRA series 130 - 140.\nEducation/Certifications:\nUS Navy First Class Diver (minimum E-7), Diving Officer, or EOD Officer.\nQualifications: After joining, within two (2) months, the employee must demonstrate:\nProficiency in leading data collection efforts ISO ND RRL processes, develop plans and requirements to execute RRL process outcomes.\nMastery in the correct formatting of official memorandums, letters, and instructions according to the Navy Correspondence Manual.\nSkilled in writing and editing formal correspondence.\nUnderstanding and aptitude in the use of Navy terminology.\nProficiency in the current ND RRL process, including the Functional Requirements Document (FRD), Naval Education Training Command (NETC) Fielding and Functionality study, and the Navy Training Process (NTP) worksheet/workbook.\nAptitude in organizing virtual collaborative teams and using Microsoft Office Home suite of applications.\nBenefits\nMedical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD, LTD, holidays, PTO and 401(k) plan with company match.\nFirstDiv is an equal opportunity employer.
