The Analyst is with FirstEnergy Supply Chain ETF Material Operations and will be an onsite position. It can be sited in Bethel, PA; Connellsville, PA or Cleveland, OH.\nThis is an open position with the FirstEnergy Service Company, a subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp.\nThe reporting location for this onsite position may be based at any FirstEnergy service location, including Akron, OH; Greensburg, PA; Reading, PA; Cleveland (Miles Service Center), OH; Fairmont, WV; Connellsville, PA; or Bethel, PA. While any of these locations may be considered, preference will be given to candidates based at a warehouse location.\nFirstEnergy takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. In addition, your actual base salary will depend on various factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience.\nThe estimated pay range for this role is $64,600-$118,800.\nResponsibilities include:\nDemonstrating and directing a solid commitment to all aspects of safety.\nReplenishing materials using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications such as SAP to establish appropriate stock levels of inventory in several warehouses.\nProviding support for other Supply Chain Analysts.\nEvaluating inventory and excess inventory.\nProducing reports and summaries regarding inventory/stock levels.\nInteracting with all levels of Management (internal/external).\nWillingness to work in a higher classification.\nSupport storm restoration processes.\nA Level Ill Analyst has applied experience to generalize conceptual knowledge to solve routine problems.\nManage jobsite projects working with the entire construction team.\nQualifications include:\nTwo to Four-year degree with a concentration in Purchasing, Materials Management, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 2 years related work experience is required.\nIn lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years related work experience is required. Related work experience includes material management, warehouse, and inventory support. Experience in Energy Delivery, Nuclear or Fossil preferred.\nExperience using Microsoft products.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nKnowledge of the company's safety policies.\nWorking knowledge of the warehouse management and inventory control systems is a plus.\nAble to collaborate and work in a team environment.\nCommunicates effectively across functional and operational boundaries.\nAble to multitask and prioritize work assignments.\nAble to make timely decisions that use available material and resources in a cost-effective manner.\nProvide administrative/ clerical support as needed.\nProficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Products.\nKnowledge of the company's labor agreements.\nWorking knowledge of the warehouse management and inventory control systems is preferred.\nKnowledge of material control processes and requirements.\nBenefits, Compensation & Workforce Diversity\nAt FirstEnergy, employees are key to our success.
