The team manages Exchange Online, Outlook, email security technologies, automated communications solutions, and messaging infrastructure that support critical business operations across the enterprise.\nThis role serves as a key administrator and technical resource for FirstEnergy's messaging ecosystem, including Exchange Online, Exchange SE, Cisco Email Gateway, Proofpoint Email Fraud Defense, xMatters, and Kofax communication platforms.
