a minor or advanced degree in business is preferred.\n\nA minimum of 7 years of experience in retail sales, covering both B2B and B2C solutions.\n\nAt least 5 yearsof experience managing sales teams.\n\nAt least 5 yearsin a management capacity.\n\nAt least 5 yearsof experience in multi-company and multi-team program or project implementation.\n\nPreferred:7 years of experience specifically in retail sales enablement and/or retail sales effectiveness.\n\nTechnical Skills:Advanced skills in project management, strategic thinking, and planning, alongside a mastery of execution excellence and working knowledge of retail technology.\n\nSoft Skills:Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and change management communication skills;
