To this end, we will invest in your professional and personal growth by providing you with the right tools to effectively carry out your role as well as learning and development opportunities to advance your career.\nSubmits offer price and volume to WESM; Monitors WESM outcomes\nDeclares bilateral contract volumes of FGen to WESM to ensure maximum revenues and minimal costs;\nAnalyzes the power grid situation critical in ensuring that FGen bid submissions are sound, with the end goal of maximizing revenues;\nAnalyzes the existing plants operating in the system to determine the adequacy of supply in the system and to monitor competing generation facilities;\nAnalyzes the behavior of loads to determine First Gen Corporation's supply strategy;\nPerform Day-Ahead Forecasts and ensure optimal dispatch of the trading portfolio\nCompile power industry databases from various sources.\nPrepares regular reports on the industry development, particularly on the WESM.\nMinimum Qualifications\nThe power trading analyst is responsible for specific analysis concerning prices (e.g., competition, relative positioning, profitability) for an offer, a customer segment, and/or an area.
