The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in backend technologies and 3 years of proven engineering mentoring experience, having successfully scaled systems and shipped B2C applications in collaboration with product teams.\nResponsibilities\nTechnical & Product Delivery\nOversee design and development of backend systems operating at 10K+ RPM scale.\n\nGuide the team in building transactional systems (payments, orders, etc.) and behavioral systems (analytics, personalization, engagement tracking).\n\nPartner with product managers to scope, prioritize, and release B2C product features and applications.\n\nEnsure architectural best practices, high-quality code standards, and robust testing practices.\n\nOwn delivery of projects end-to-end with a focus on scalability, reliability, and business impact.\n\nHas worked on B2C setup with at least 150K DAU and served transactions to this userbase.\n\nOperational Excellence\nChampion observability, monitoring, and reliability across backend services.\n\nContinuously improve system performance, scalability, and resilience.\n\nStreamline development workflows and engineering processes for speed and quality.\n\nRequirements\nExperience:\n7+ years of professional experience in backend technologies.\n\n2-3 years as Tech lead and driving delivery.\n\nTechnical Skills:\nStrong hands-on expertise in Golang OR Python.\n\nProven track record with high-scale systems (≥10K RPM).\n\nSolid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms.\n\nLeadership Skills:\nDemonstrated success in managing teams through 2-3 appraisal cycles.\n\nStrong experience working with product managers to deliver consumer-facing applications.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\n\nNice-to-Have\nFamiliarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).\n\nExperience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana,
