As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping these experiences, using your design expertise to develop intuitive and scalable AI-powered solutions that resonate with our users.\nYou will be part of a dynamic team working on our flagship product, the Sri Mandir app, the world's largest platform for Hindu devotees. Your work will contribute significantly to transforming India’s offline devotion economy into a structured, accessible, and meaningful digital journey, impacting millions of users.\nSkills & Qualification\n3-6 years of experience designing consumer-facing products, demonstrating strong interaction design and problem-solving skills\n\nStrong portfolio showcasing visual craft, systems thinking, and user-centered design\n\nProficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping tools for creating interactive designs\n\nComprehension of data-driven and metric-oriented design approaches to validate user experiences\n\nExperience or interest in building AI-powered user experiences to enhance product capabilities\n\nAbility to work independently while contributing to the team’s design culture and overall objectives\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills for effective stakeholder management and alignment with team goals\n\nBonus: Educational background from reputable design schools like NID, Srishti, NIFT, or equivalent institutions\n\nResponsibilities\nOwn the end-to-end design process for key product flows across mobile and web platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience\n\nCraft intuitive, data-informed, and AI-powered user interactions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction\n\nCollaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams to define problems and establish success metrics\n\nCreate high-quality wireframes, interactions, prototypes, and polished UI designs that meet user needs and business goals\n\nContribute to and evolve the design system to maintain consistency and scalability across product features\n\nUtilize user insights, usability findings, and behavioral data to validate and iterate on design solutions\n\nCommunicate design decisions effectively, backed by strong storytelling and rationale, to foster understanding and buy-in from stakeholders\n\nOne Team.
