Through Sri Mandir, users can participate in online pujas, make chadhavas (offerings), and connect with temples across India.\nWe are building technology-led experiences for a large and diverse user base and are looking for people who enjoy solving meaningful problems at scale.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Senior Product Analyst with 4-6 years of experience in a B2C/D2C product startup or a similar high-growth environment.\nIn this role, you will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to understand user behaviour, identify product opportunities, measure product performance, and turn data into actionable recommendations.\nYou will go beyond reporting: using data to understand what is happening, why it is happening, and what we should do next.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAnalyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.\n\nAnalyse key product metrics including activation, retention, conversion, churn, engagement, and funnel performance.\n\nStudy user journeys, behaviour, cohorts, and segments to identify opportunities to improve the product experience.\n\nPlan, analyse, and evaluate A/B tests and product experiments and translate results into product decisions.\n\nPartner closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to define problems, measure impact, and drive data-backed decisions.\n\nDefine, track, and optimise KPIs across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and overall product performance.\n\nIdentify business and product opportunities through data and provide clear, actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.\n\nSupport strategic planning by identifying potential challenges, opportunities, and trends.\n\nConduct relevant market and competitor research to understand user needs and industry trends.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve analytical processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.\n\nCommunicate complex analysis clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n4-6 years of experience in Product Analytics, Product Analysis, Business Analytics, Growth Analytics, or a similar role.\n\nExperience working in a B2C/D2C product company or high-growth startup.\n\nStrong understanding of product metrics, user behaviour, customer journeys, funnels, cohorts, and retention.\n\nStrong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.\n\nStrong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.\n\nHands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation.\n\nAbility to translate data and analysis into clear, actionable product recommendations.\n\nExperience working closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, or Growth teams.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nHigh ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.\n\nA strong user-centric mindset and curiosity to understand why users behave the way they do.\n\nIf you enjoy solving complex problems, understanding users through data, and working closely with product teams to create measurable impact, we'd love to hear from you.\nOne Team.
