This is a 12-hour overnight position (6:45 pm-7 am) on a 2-week rotating crew schedule. This position will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining controls components and automation systems for production and associated utility equipment to insure highest reliability, proper line performance, and safe operation.\nSalary Range: $70,000-$80,000 annual\nBenefits:\nMedical/Dental/Visioninsurance, effective immediately\nUp to 3 weeks’ vacation after 2 months + PTO\nParental Leave- 6 weeks 100% paid\nCompany Matched Dependent Care\n10 Paid Holidays\nQuarterly Incentive Bonus\nCompany Store Discounts\n401k plus company match up to 4%\nTuition Reimbursement\nOnsite Gym\nOnly Scheduled to work 15 days a month!\nPrincipal Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:\nTroubleshoots, maintains, and installs PLC’s, HMI’s, process instrumentation, machine control systems, variable frequency drives, servo drives, machine vision, robotics, power distribution (Interface with PLC/HMI program to diagnose equipmentissues\nRead and use electrical schematics and electrical test equipment to diagnose equipment issues\nPerforms electrical preventative maintenance to maintain like new equipment condition\nWorks closely with the production and support disciplines to identify and resolve problems\nAssists with department projects and equipment installations as necessary\nOwns personal safety and is expected to follow all electrical safety rules and guidelines\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nQualifications/ education and experience requirements:\nHigh School Diploma with associate’s degree in the following or related disciplines:Mechatronics\nElectrical Technology\nRobotics and Automation\nElectrical Maintenance\nElectro-Mechanical Technology\nControls Technology\n\n1-3 years of Industrial Controls experience (preferred)\nSkill requirements:\nElectrical Knowledge\nFundamental knowledge of electrical theory and principles of operation\nFundamental knowledge of three phase, single phase and DC power\nFamiliar with NEC and standard wiring practices\nAbility to utilize and interpret an electrical multimeter\nSoftware Knowledge\nFundamental knowledge of PLC hardware and software\nAbility to read and interpret PLC ladder logic\nFundamental knowledge of servo motion control (preferred)\nMicrosoft Office Suite\nPersonal Skills\nSafety oriented mindset\nStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team\nStrong analytical skills.\nFirst Quality is committed to protecting information under the care of First Quality Enterprises commensurate with leading industry standards and applicable regulations.
