The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, implement effective compliance risk management practices, and promote a strong culture of governance and ethical conduct.\nAre you someone who can:\nProvide compliance advisory support to Toyota Financial Services and WesBank business stakeholders.\nInterpret and communicate regulatory and legislative requirements in a practical business context.\nDevelop and maintain Compliance Risk Management Plans (CRMPs) and compliance monitoring programmes.\nIdentify compliance risks, control weaknesses, and remediation actions.\nConduct compliance monitoring and report on outcomes, trends, and key risk indicators.\nInvestigate and escalate compliance incidents, breaches, and regulatory concerns.\nSupport compliance with NCA, CPA, FAIS, FICA, POPIA, AML/KYC and related financial services legislation.\nDeliver regulatory training and compliance awareness initiatives.\nBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners.\nDeliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery\nImprove business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analysing trends and data.\nProvide regular reports on delivery of services against agreed service level agreements.\nAccumulate information to review work progress that provides input to reporting, decision making and the identification of improvement opportunities.\nMonitor customer feedback reports and align processes to maximise efficiencies.\nAnalyse and interpret regulation and legislation and using a risk-based approach.
