Job Description Effectively manage projects within the Settlement & SWIFT project portfolio.Ensure effective and smooth implementation of projects in line with the agreed Project Development Life Cycle. Co-ordination of resources within o Settlement & SWIFT o Chief Digital Office Payments S&S IT and o External parties - both internal and external to the Bank for the duration of the various projects. Apply best of breed Project Management principles, ensuring that good project management governance is maintained Manage the S&S Project pipeline & co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders to set the priority of projects on the pipeline taking resource planning into consideration Co-ordinate activities and various processes required to ensure that projects are delivered on time, as per S&S business and stakeholder requirements, and manage expectations accordingly Ensure timely and appropriate generation, collection, collation, distribution, storage and communication of project artefacts Manage project artefacts effectively for traceability and audit purposes Communicate with Project Stakeholders for the project duration Ensure that all projects are properly closed out and any learning/s d
