You'll be recruiting for Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Forward Deployed Engineers, with additional support across corporate functions (Sales, Finance, Operations) as we scale. This is a builder role - you'll work directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to shape how we find, evaluate, and close great people.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nOwn full-cycle recruiting for technical roles: sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing\n\nPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build scorecards, and calibrate on hiring bar\n\nProactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, and community networks - you're not waiting for inbound\n\nRun structured interview processes and lead calibration sessions with cross-functional teams\n\nManage and maintain ATS hygiene - pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill data\n\nRepresent First Resonance authentically to candidates, clearly communicating our mission, culture, and opportunity\n\nSupport hiring across corporate functions as capacity and business needs allow\n\nContribute to employer branding efforts: job descriptions, outreach templates, and interview guides\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, in-house or agency\n\nBackground in regulated or hard-tech industries (aerospace, defense, energy, manufacturing)\n\nDemonstrated success hiring software engineers, product managers, and other technical profiles\n\nStrong active sourcing skills - you build pipelines, not just manage inbound\n\nExperience managing an ATS and using recruiting data to improve process\n\nClear, direct communicator; candidates remember their experience with you\n\nComfortable with ambiguity - this is a startup, and the playbook is still being written\n\nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience recruiting Forward Deployed Engineers or other customer-facing technical roles\n\nExperience building recruiting infrastructure from scratch: scorecards, interview kits, calibration frameworks\n\nFamiliarity with technical assessment tools\n\nBENEFITS & PERKS\nHealth Insurance; medical, vision, dental, & life insurance.\n\nPaid Parental Leave.\n\nEmployee Stock Option Plan.\n\nTeam outings, group lunches, open office, happy hours.\n\nPaid holidays, sick days.\n\nFlexible Friday and PTO.\n\n401K.\n\nFirst Resonance is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to building an inclusive and diverse workforce.\nFirst Resonance participates in E-Verify.
