Identify and support vulnerable and complaint customers. Escalate complex queries when required. Maintain quality and compliance standards. Achieve CSAT, productivity, and response time targets. Skills Required Good written and verbal English. Strong customer service skills. Good typing and computer skills. Ability to manage multiple chats. Good problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.(24/7) Qualification & Experience Graduate in any discipline. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Banking or chat support experience is preferred.
