You will act as executive sponsor for multiple key accounts, setting delivery strategy and governance across programmes, while mentoring a team of Associate Directors and delivery leaders. With 18+ years of experience, you bring deep Python and Generative AI expertise, enterprise cloud architecture mastery, and the executive presence to influence and win at the CXO level.\nKey Responsibilities\nPortfolio Strategy & Solutioning\nDefine multi-year account strategy and win plans across the top client portfolio.\nSet enterprise architecture standards for client solutioning across Azure, AWS, and GCP.\nApprove major deal architecture, pricing, and delivery models for strategic pursuits.\nRepresent Firstsource's AI delivery capability to C-suite client sponsors and industry analysts.\nEngineering Leadership & Delivery\nLead a portfolio of client delivery teams (20-40 engineers and architects) across geographies via Associate Directors and Senior Managers.\nOwn portfolio-level P&L, resource planning, and executive-level account reporting.\nEstablish org-wide delivery governance, quality gates, and risk management frameworks.\nChampion enterprise-wide adoption of AI coding agents across all client programmes.\nGenerative AI & Intelligent Automation\nSet enterprise policy for Generative AI governance, safety, and model observability across all products/programmes.\nSponsor evaluation and adoption of emerging agentic frameworks (LangChain, Agent Core, CrewAI, etc.) at an organizational level.\nOwn the AI technology vision presented to clients, analysts, and partners.\nChampion responsible AI practices across the portfolio.\nPeople & Stakeholder Management\nBuild and mentor a leadership bench of Associate Directors and delivery managers.\nOwn executive relationships with client CXOs, sponsors, and delivery partners across the portfolio.\nDrive an org-wide culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.\nRepresent the AI Delivery organization in strategic account planning and new-logo pursuits.\nQualifications & Experience\n18+ years in software / AI engineering; 8+ years at Director or senior leadership level.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nDemonstrated track record of building and shipping end-to-end applications across the full SDLC.\nFull lifecycle ownership: ideation → architecture → engineering → production → optimisation, at portfolio scale.\nProven enterprise cloud architecture and deployment leadership across at least one hyperscaler.\nDemonstrable track record of winning and delivering large-scale, multi-account client portfolios.\nStrong commercial acumen: portfolio P&L ownership, proposal leadership, and enterprise contract negotiation.\nDisclaimer: Firstsource follows a fair, transparent, and merit-based hiring process.
