This role combines technical leadership with deep engineering expertise, requiring active involvement in product feature architecture, full-stack application development, AI/ML model integration, code reviews, release management, and engineering best practices within our AI Product Engineering team.\n\nMandatory Technical Skills : \n\n- 4 to 6+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong coding expertise.\n\n- Strong programming experience in Python.\n\n- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, AI Agents, and Agentic AI frameworks.\n\n- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.\n\n- Experience with Vector Databases and Enterprise AI platforms.\n\n- Strong expertise in Full Stack Development : Backend (Python, FastAPI, Flask, Django) and Frontend (React.js, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3).\n\n- Hands-on experience building, training, fine-tuning, and deploying Machine Learning models.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud Platforms.\n\nRoles And Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using Python and modern front-end frameworks.\n\n- Build and deploy Machine Learning and AI-powered solutions for enterprise use cases.\n\n- Actively contribute to coding, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization activities.\n\n- Develop and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.\n\n- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and MLOps processes.\n\n- Mentor and guide team members on technical design, coding standards, and engineering best practices.\n\n- Own and evolve specific modules/features within Firstsource's AI product suite.\n\nExperience & Education : \n\n- 4 -
