Firstsource Advantage is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor, assess, and improve collector performance. In this role, you will evaluate calls and account activity to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, client standards, and company policies.\nYou will provide meaningful, data-driven feedback to operations and training teams to enhance productivity, call quality, compliance, and overall performance. This role plays a critical part in maintaining regulatory integrity and driving continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nCall Monitoring & Compliance Oversight\nMonitor collection calls to ensure compliance with federal and state laws\nEvaluate collection techniques, payment hierarchy, accuracy, and adherence to company/client standards\nDocument violations and initiate remediations, corrective or disciplinary actions when necessary\nLog and report compliance findings accurately\nChecks for any errors or deviations and highlights deviations as per the guidelines\nPerformance Evaluation & Feedback\nProvide constructive feedback to operations and training teams to improve:Call quality\nCompliance\nCollection Effectiveness\nRegulatory requirements\nProcess / Procedural AOI\n\nIdentify performance trends and recommend improvement strategies\nParticipate in monthly calibration sessions to ensure scoring consistency\nData Analysis & New Hire Training\nCollect, organize and analyze trends\nAssist in identifying operational gaps and recommending solutions\nStructured and motivated new hire during batch QA Sessions month over month\nTraining & Collaboration\nAssist in training and developing new Quality Assurance Specialists\nFollow the call listening calendar. Coordinate with Ops and ensure adherence to the same\nPartner with operations management to improve collector performance\nComplete special projects as assigned by management\nConducting calibration sessions to ensure consistency on scoring & understanding of Quality deliverables\nBriefing to be conducted to cascade updates, new procedures to be followed and to address team specific issues including but not limited to top AOI and TNI\nMinimum Qualifications\n12th pass and above\nPreferably 18+ months of experience in QA\nBasic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email\nStrong time management and multitasking skills\nAbility to objectively evaluate and document performance\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nBasic math skills, including calculating percentages\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within the collections industry\nPrevious Quality Assurance experience in International VOICE BPO\nKey Performance Indicators\nCompliance accuracy and documentation quality\nIdentification and reduction of process / regulatory / compliance violations\nImprovement in collector quality metrics / collection effectiveness\nAccuracy and consistency in call scoring\nEffectiveness of feedback and coaching supportDisclaimer: Firstsource follows a fair, transparent, and merit-based hiring process.
