Your work makes sure our equity programs run accurately, stay audit-ready and scale with the business.\nResponsibilities \nAdminister the full award lifecycle, from grant through settlement, and serve as the go-to contact for plan participants.\nOwn ASC718 stock-based compensation accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations and disclosure support.\nRun SOXcontrols for equity and be the main point of contact for internal and external audits.\nPartner with Legal, HR, Payroll and Finance to keep equity activity on track, and document and improve key processes along the way.\nKey Competencies \nDeep technical accounting knowledge, with the judgment to know when to escalate\nStrong attention to accuracy and full ownership of deadlines\nA controls-first mindset focused on data integrity and audit readiness\nClear communication and the ability to build trust across teams\nExperience \n5+ years in equity compensation administration and/or stock-based compensation accounting\nMust have equity compensation administration within a corporate accounting department\nStrong working knowledge of ASC718 and SOXcontrols\nHands-on experience with equity administration or cap-table platforms\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CEPdesignation is a plus\nTotal Starting Compensation including Base + Bonus: $ 110,000\nLocation: Onsite, Las Vegas, NV\nTravel Requirement: Less than 10% \n#LI-Onsite #LI-MN1\nWhy FIRY\nYou are at the center of everything.
