Through a broad range of structures, simple implementation processes and unique risk management features, our solutions enable clients to access billions of dollars of cost-effective funding.\nOver the past three years, we have significantly expanded our origination, structuring, implementation and placement teams, enabling us to compete globally.\nRole Overview\nThe successful candidate will work closely with the Corporate Origination Team, Distribution Team, Client Implementation Team and other members of the Structuring Team to support origination and distribution activities, while autonomously leading the execution of factoring and invoice discounting transactions.\nThe role also involves supporting and advising clients in accordance with agreed service commitments.\nMain Duties\nWorking in full cooperation with the Corporate Origination Team and Distribution Team, responsibilities include:\nPrior to Transaction MandateSupport the Corporate Origination Team in developing factoring and invoice discounting solutions that can be delivered efficiently and to a high standard.\nRequest, collect and analyse information, working alongside the Structuring & Execution Team to prepare and review high-quality client and funder documentation, including teasers, Q&A documents and presentations.\nPrepare and review deal memoranda, pricing proposals and engagement letters.\nTransaction ExecutionLead the execution of factoring and invoice discounting transactions.\nFacilitate communication and understanding between funders, corporates and other stakeholders, including credit insurers, legal advisers and other third parties.\nAnalyse corporate and portfolio information received during the transaction process.\nReview legal documentation and provide advice to clients.\nWork alongside project managers and the Client Implementation Team to ensure all operational and reporting requirements are delivered in line with agreed timelines.\nSupport post-execution development opportunities and resolution of any issues that arise.\nProvide clear oral and written recommendations to clients and senior management.\nAdditional ResponsibilitiesShare factoring and invoice discounting knowledge and market insights across the Structuring & Distribution Team, Origination Team, wider business and FIS Group.\nIdentify profitable transaction opportunities to maximise revenue for Demica.\nMaintain effective cost control and accurate time tracking.\nSupport and contribute to a strong culture of compliance.\nContribute positively to the working environment.\nSecondary Duties\nGenerate transaction opportunities in partnership with the Corporate Origination Team.\nAttend industry conferences relating to factoring and invoice discounting.\nSupport the Head of Structuring & Distribution on designated projects and initiatives.\nKPIs / Performance Goals\nMaximise client satisfaction.\nDeliver services to clients and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.\nEnsure a high level of quality and accuracy in all deliverables.\nKeep expenses within approved budgets and in line with Demica policies.\nDemonstrate effective time management across multiple projects.\nMaintain full compliance with Demica policies and procedures.\nEducation & Qualifications\nBachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering, Finance or Business Administration.\nA Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a CFA qualification will be viewed favourably.\nEssential Requirements\nProven experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.\nMinimum of 8 years' experience in receivables finance.\nAt least 5 years' experience leading the execution of cross-border factoring and/or invoice discounting transactions.\nStrong knowledge of factoring, invoice discounting and credit insurance solutions.\nExperience in financial modelling and data management.\nExcellent presentation skills and the ability to produce highly professional documentation.\nDesired Requirements\nAdvisory experience.\nFluency in a second European language.\nPersonal Attributes\nPragmatic, analytical and detail-oriented.\nHighly organised with strong project management capabilities.\nAble to inspire trust and confidence.\nEntrepreneurial and self-sufficient.\nStrong critical thinker.\nCollaborative, engaging and an effective communicator.\nComfortable working across diverse and rapidly changing international environments.\nSelf-motivated with a willingness to learn, challenge convention and suggest new ways of working.\nOpen-minded and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.\nPrivacy Statement\nFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
