This role is responsible for the deployment, administration, and optimization of enterprise security solutions, primarily focused on Palo Alto Networks technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong network security fundamentals, an understanding of cloud security principles, and the ability to support security initiatives across hybrid environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeploy, manage, and support Palo Alto firewalls, Panorama, and GlobalProtect VPN solutions.\nImplement and maintain security policies, NAT/PAT, segmentation, and threat prevention controls.\nParticipate in security architecture reviews and support secure solution design across on-premises and cloud environments.\nTroubleshoot complex network security issues and support incident response activities.\nCollaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application, and security teams to deliver secure business solutions.\nLeverage automation, scripting, and AI-assisted tools to improve operational efficiency and security effectiveness.\nSupport change management, risk assessments, and security governance activities.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n3+ years of experience in Network Security or Cyber Security Engineering.\nHands-on experience with Palo Alto NGFW, Panorama, and GlobalProtect.\nStrong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN technologies, and network troubleshooting.\nExperience implementing security policies, NAT, VPNs, and security profiles.\nKnowledge of common cyber threats, attack techniques, and security best practices.\nUnderstanding of ITIL processes, including incident and change management. \nPreferred Skills\nBasic understanding of Azure, AWS, or GCP security concepts.\nExposure to cloud networking, IAM, Zero Trust, and hybrid connectivity models.\nKnowledge of security architecture principles and defence-in-depth strategies.\nExperience with PowerShell, Python, or infrastructure automation.\nAwareness of AI-driven security operations, analytics, and automation capabilities.\nPreferred Certifications\nPCNSA / PCNSE\nAZ-500\nSecurity+\nCISSP (or Associate)\nCCNP Security\nWhat we offer you\nA modern, international work environment and a dedicated, motivated team.\nA broad range of professional education and personal development opportunities.\nThe chance to work on challenging, relevant issues in financial services and technology.\nA work environment built on collaboration, flexibility, and respect.\nVaried and challenging work that helps you grow your product, functional, domain, and leadership skillset.\nPrivacy Statement\nFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
