If you want to grow personally and professionally, we’d like to know: Are you FIS?\nRole location: Hybrid (three days in-office, two days virtual)\nWork Schedule: Mid shift\nAbout the Role\nJoin the Authorization Services - UNIX (ASU) team and support enterprise cybersecurity initiatives focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).\n\nSupport the administration and governance of UNIX/Linux access across a large global enterprise environment.\n\nHelp drive the migration and adoption of modern access management solutions, including BoKS and StrongDM.\n\nPartner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and support teams to ensure secure and compliant access to critical systems.\n\nContribute to audit, compliance, and security control activities while delivering excellent customer support.\n\nAbout the Team\nThe team is responsible for managing access to UNIX/Linux systems across production and non-production environments.\n\nWe support user account management, service account lifecycle management, privileged access, and access governance.\n\nOur team administers and supports technologies such as UNIX/Linux Access Management, BoKS Access Control and StrongDM controls.\n\nWe work closely with global cybersecurity, infrastructure, application support, and audit teams.\n\nThe role will collaborate primarily with the offshore Manila-based team while supporting stakeholders across multiple regions.\n\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nProvision, modify, and decommission user and service accounts on UNIX/Linux platforms.\n\nReview, process, and fulfill access requests in accordance with security policies and established SLAs.\n\nAdminister and support BoKS and StrongDM identity and access management solutions.\n\nInvestigate and resolve access-related incidents, user issues, and authentication problems.\n\nPerform access reviews, compliance validations, and audit support activities.\n\nDevelop and maintain operational procedures, standards, and technical documentation.\n\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation through scripting and tooling.\n\nWhat You Will Need\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\n\n3-5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management, Privileged Access Management, or UNIX/Linux administration.\n\nWorking knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems, SSH, sudo, and account management concepts.\n\nExperience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with global teams.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.\n\nWhat we offer you:\nAt FIS, you can learn, grow and make an impact in your career.
